Modalal Company, one of the largest producers and suppliers of various types of gray cement located in Kermanshah Province, with two production lines, each with a capacity of 3,500 tons per day, relies on a process-oriented approach and risk-based thinking to take a significant step towards improving and maintaining the organization’s performance in product quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, environmental performance, occupational health and safety, employee health, as well as optimizing energy consumption in line with applicable legal requirements and regulations.

Therefore, the organization is committed to adhering to the following:

  • Compliance with legal requirements and other applicable obligations related to quality, environmental aspects, occupational health and safety, as well as energy use and consumption, taking into account the reasonable expectations of stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement of the quality management system based on legal requirements, customer needs, and applicable expectations of customers and other stakeholders.
  • Efforts to prevent injuries and occupational illnesses, continuous improvement of the safety and occupational health management system, reduction of risks and hazards in this area, as well as promoting a safety and health culture.

  • Ensuring the identification, provision, maintenance, and appropriate allocation of necessary information and resources, supporting the supply of high-performance products and services, as well as planning activities related to energy goals and continuous improvement of the energy management system.
  • Establishing appropriate infrastructure for processes to achieve the mission of Modalal Cement, the production of various types of gray cement.
  • Motivating and engaging employees in the effectiveness of current management systems through employee participation systems and other applicable methods.

Furthermore, in accordance with the nature, objectives, and strategic direction of the organization, the company defines organizational goals as follows:

  1. Control and reduction of deviations in product quality parameters, cost-effective cement production (through capacity increase, reduction of downtime, and production costs), as well as providing packaging within the factory for effective presence in domestic and international markets.
  2. Management and reduction of organizational risks, as well as undesirable effects of operational activities during work, occupational diseases, environmental aspects, and waste management with a process-oriented approach and risk-based thinking.
  3. Employment of skills and development of human resource capabilities within an appropriate organizational structure to continuously improve all processes through targeted training.
  4. Development and maintenance of green spaces and water resource management, optimal material consumption, and efficient use of energy resources (electricity and fossil fuels).
  5. Establishment of a clean, tidy, and safe working environment based on the workplace cleanliness system through identification, control, and reduction of safety, health, and environmental risks and cultural promotion at all levels of the organization.
  6. Effective management of physical assets through updating, maintenance, and provision of equipment and design of functional and energy-efficient work environments.
